A Good Job Helps Foster Teens Become Independent

Inspire Idaho believes a good job is a critical component of a successful transition to independent living. That’s why our vocational training program provides young adults with the character, confidence, and skills they need to care for themselves and provide for others. Our workshops focus on important job skills such as resume writing, interviewing, and developing healthy workplace attitudes. To supplement these workshops, we have established partnerships with local businesses to provide opportunities for our youth to shadow, intern, and work in their companies. By offering these vocational training opportunities, we help our youth develop the skills and experience they need to pursue their career goals and succeed in the workforce.
